Build healthy habits that last.

It starts with your vision, not a checklist. Pick one or two habits that fit a real week. See what holds, change what doesn't, and do it with a coach in your messages instead of alone.

How it adapts

The plan changes when your week does.

Most plans assume a good week. This is what happens on a bad one.

  1. Hi Mary! 2 habits today 🧘🏋️. Energizing your day for a long, healthy life. You’ve got this!
    8:02 AM
  2. Did the stretch. Skipped the walk, meetings all day.
    5:41 PM
  3. Logged both. One out of two on a day like that still counts. Want to move the walk to the morning this week?
    5:41 PM
  4. Yeah, let’s try that
    5:44 PM

“There are consistently 1–2 days every week where I know for a fact I would have missed my goals if it weren’t for Summit’s tips and accountability checks.”

The Problem

  • You have health apps on your phone you forgot you downloaded
  • You started strong, then life happened, then guilt happened
  • Tracking feels like a chore—and you're not even sure it helps

The problem isn’t you. It’s the approach.

Most apps throw habits at you and hope something sticks. They reward streaks, not learning. They want you glued to a dashboard, not living your life.

There’s a better way.

A different kind of health support

Summit starts with what matters to you—then builds everything around it.

Your vision first.

Before any habits, you'll clarify what health actually means for you. Not a generic goal. Your personal North Star.

Habits that cascade.

AI suggests habits based on what you said matters. Not random tips—your next step.

Reflection, not just tracking.

Each week, you'll pause to see what's working. Your vision stays constant; your approach evolves.

Support via text.

SMS reminders, check-ins, and coaching—all in your messages. No app to open. No dashboard to check.

Eric, founder of Summit Health

The person in those messages is me.

Eric, Mayo Clinic-trained health coach and founder of Summit.

How it works

Six moving parts. None of them need an app.

  1. 01 Vision Framework

    Set your vision

Clarify what health means to you—your North Star for everything else.

  2. 02 AI Habit Suggestions

    Pick what works

Personalized habits based on your vision, not generic advice.

  3. 03 SMS Reminders

    Gentle nudges

Receive reminders at the right time to bring your plans back into focus.

  4. 04 Weekly Reflections

    Adjust plans

3 questions that help you learn what works for YOU.

  5. 05 Personalized digests

    Stay motivated

Curated content (articles, videos) matched to your current focus.

  6. 06 Human Coaching

    Real support

Real support when you're stuck—not just an algorithm (Premium).

Hi, I'm Eric.

I'm a Mayo Clinic-trained health coach. I built Summit after years of working with people who knew exactly what they should be doing and still couldn't make it stick. The problem was never information.

What happens in your first 14 days

  • Write your vision, so every habit has something to trace back to
  • Choose one or two habits that fit the week you actually have
  • Get reminders and check-ins by text, no app to open
  • Do your first weekly reflection on what actually happened
  • Adjust the plan based on that, not on what you hoped would happen

If none of that made your next step clearer, cancel. Nothing to it.

The honest comparison

How is this different from other coaching?

Right now the field is splitting into two camps. Both of them break, for opposite reasons.

AI only

A very responsive way of being alone.

This is where most of the new money is going, because software scales and people don’t. You get instant replies at 2am and a plan generated in seconds.

What you don’t get is anyone who actually noticed. Nothing on the other end is keeping track of you between sessions, because there is no one on the other end.

Humans only

Real attention, twice a month.

Working one to one with a coach usually runs $200 to $300 a month for two or three calls. That is a fair price for someone’s time, and the calls are genuinely good.

But the other twenty-eight days are yours alone. And this next part is a coach’s own admission: carrying a full roster, you end up running one framework across everyone. Not laziness. There are only so many hours to think about any one person.

Where Summit sits

The hybrid isn’t a middle ground. It’s the part that works.

Each side covers the other’s failure. The AI does the work that has to happen daily and has to be about you specifically: reading your week, noticing you skipped the same thing three Tuesdays running, shaping what it asks you tomorrow.

Coach Eric does the part that needs judgment. When something’s clearly working and worth saying out loud. When you’ve had a brutal week and showed up anyway. When the plan is wrong and needs a person to say so.

Summit Plus is $69 a month and includes a call with him, plus coaching in your messages the rest of the time.

What you end up with is closer to the coaching someone would give you if they had unlimited hours to think about you specifically. That’s the whole bet.

Ready to try something different?

No more app guilt. No more streaks. No more generic advice. Just a clear vision, small experiments, weekly reflection, and support via text.
